Join our wonderful guide, Meghna, for a one week art camp this summer! Children will spend each day exploring a different art medium, from painting and drawing to sculpting, with an emphasis on process art. Children will be invited to use a particular art material however they choose, focusing on the actual process of creating rather than a desired outcome. For instance, a paintbrush may suddenly turn into a wand for casting spells on paper; or a piece of clay gets leaves added to it, becoming a forest for a bear to live in. The possibilities are truly endless, and I cannot wait to help guide the children as they bring their imaginations to life!

In addition, we will be weaving in lots of outside time and water play, as well as free exploration in the classroom. We will also be coming together as a community to practice mindfulness and yoga with fun deep breaths and poses 

Art Camp Details:

Dates: July 6th-July 10th

Camp Hours: Drop off 8:30 AM , Pick-Up 2:30PM

Where: Primary House- 4324 James Casey st. Childrens House Montessori School

Camp will be offered to children ages 4.5-7 years, enrollment deadline is April 15th.

For camp to happen, a minimum of 4 students are needed to enroll. Enrollment is done on first come first served basis, please indicate “art camp” on your application

Cost for camp is $500 for the week, ($100 non-refundable deposit due at the time of enrollment , $400 due by July 1st.) Cost includes all art supplies and materials!
